Leadership Event for UK arm of Global Contactor

MarketingWorks designed and chaired a 2-day conference programme for the UK arm of a global contractor to raise commercial awareness across 40 members of their senior team. The aim in 2009 was to improve awareness of best practice win work processes and refresh business development skills. In February 2010 the MD gave news of significant integration with BD cooperation now being experienced, where previously a silo mentality existed. Cost £5600.00
